Until October 2023, Sunchain has completed the supply of the first phase of 100MW carbon steel bracket.

Helping Xinjiang accelerate industrial restructuring, Sunchain provided comprehensive services for the project in Xinjiang from project foundation exploration, ground pile load test, bracket provision to installation assistance. After obtaining the customer's approval to undertake this project.

 The project is located in Nilka County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, covering a total area of 150,000 mu, involving Subutai Township, Kharasu Township, Gaha Wuslatai Township,Nilka Wuzhan Township and other four townships area, the construction of the capacity of 3,200MW fixed inclination photovoltaic system, supporting the construction of five 220kV boosting and convergence station.

After the completion of the project, it can provide 5.7 billion kWh of clean electricity for the power grid annually, and save 1.73 million tons of standard coal and reduce 4.72 million tons of carbon emissions annually after its official commissioning. According to the power demand forecast, the power generated by the project can be consumed locally, which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of regional energy, economy and environment, and at the same time, it will play a significant role in promoting the cleaner and lower-carbon transformation of energy in Xinjiang region, and fully realizing the national "dual-carbon" strategic deployment.

Photovoltaic power plant solutions need to take into account the terrain and geomorphological factors and adjust the foundation and bracket design, and at the same time need to have a strong resistance to wind, snow, seismic, corrosion and other properties, so as to adapt to the wind, frost, rain and snow and other natural environments under the long-term operation of the demand.
